  • April 15th: Working with Thoughts & Emotions - we’ll explore how to notice and respond to mind chatter as well as positive, negative and neutral emotional states.

  • April 22nd: Navigating Difficult Situations - introduce and practice mindfulness meditation techniques when flooded during an overwhelming situation or conversation.

  • April 29th: Integration with Daily Life - review the workshop material and discuss practical ways to integrate mindfulness at home, at work and at play

Benefits of Mindfulness

According to the Mental Health Institute, mindfulness can help you understand your emotions better, cope better with difficult thoughts, feel calmer, boost your attention and concentration, even improve your relationships.

But mindfulness doesn’t have to look like sitting cross-legged on a mat. It can be practiced when doing the dishes, when navigating traffic, even while preparing for your annual performance review.
